What is your Refund Policy?

Because of the nature of this service, there are NO refunds. Once traffic is delivered to your website, we cannot get those marketing dollars back


When will my Pre-Enrollees start?

Once you have set up your subscription, you should begin to see Pre-Enrollees within 2-5 business days.


How long will it take to get all of my Pre-Enrollees?

We try not to deliver all Pre-Ernrollees in one day. Instead they are spread out over a period of 5-20 days depending on internet traffic, and the size of the subscription you chose. This gives you a chance to work your leads more effectively.


What is a Pre-Enrollee?

A Pre-Enrollee is a person who visits your website, and fills out the form to take the tour. These are real time Skinny Body Care tour takers.


How are these Pre-Enrollees generated?

MyWealthTeamBuilder.com PreEnrollee's are generated through email marketing. A lead must click the link in our email to them, and then they must fill out a form with their name, email, and phone to because a Pre-Enrollee. These Pre-Enrollees are NOT incentivized, and they are NOT "imports". They are true, "real time form fill Pre-Enrollees".


How do I know which Pre-Enrollees are from MyQualityPres?

In your Skinny Body Care Back Office under Source Statistics, our Pre-Enrollees will have a Source Code of "", or "".


Why are some of my Pre-Enrollees showing as "Opted Out"?

Once a person takes the tour of the Skinny Body Care site, they may choose to stop emails from the system. Also, some people may have previously taken the tour more than 90 days ago, and are now Pre-Enrolling again, but they had previously opted out. In this case their email will show as opted out right away. This does NOT mean they are not interested, and that is why a phone number is always provided for further follow up.


How do I cancel?

Your Monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time by logging into your Paypal account, or by requesting cancellation via email.  Or you may go to the Order Now Page of this website and click on the Unsubscribe link provided.
